I am a unique and beautiful snowflake.
I've been in the graphic design industry for 6 years or so, starting as a freelancer, then working as both a Junior and Lead Designer with several agencies, and now as the Creative Director at Liquid Compass. My personal porfolio can be viewed at Site 07.
Before beginning my career in graphic design, I worked approximately 12 years as a musician. I played in several bands, most notably, On Second Thought. I've written music that appeared on Columbia/Fox Televion's acclaimed series "Party Of Five", and played in a band which placed in the top 10 in NBC's Late Night With Conan O'Brian's College Band Search. On tour, I've opened for such artists as The Samples, Matthew Sweet, G. Love and Special Sauce, Train, Vertical Horizon, Guster, Cherry Poppin' Daddies, and many others. I'm currently writing and recording material for a solo project called White Courtesy Telephone.
I attended the University Of Colorado At Denver on a partial writing scholarship, and pursued my degree in English Writing. I've had work published in several regional magazines, as an essayist, and a music critic.
My interests outside of work include songwriting, music recording and production, comedy, poetry, film, animation, photography, progressive politics, and playing what is arguably the worst version of golf seen in the northern hemisphere.
