The first of a few branding concepts I'm making for a company that sells Joomla themes and template sites.
Here's a couple logo ideas I'm designing for a freelance client who creates prop replicas from science-fiction films. Not sure if this is the direction I'm going to stick with, but I was havin' fun drawing '50s astronaut and alien pin ups...

Just playing around with some ideas for new type treatments...
Today I put together some type treatments for my friend Jen, who's an incredibly gifted interior designer, and one of my favorite people in the entire world. I don't get the opportunity to do a whole lot of branding work at Liquid Compass, and it's always nice to help out someone you really care about, so I had a good time with these. :)
I had to mock-up some fast logo sketches tonight to use in a client pitch for Liquid Compass. The prospective client's a station in Oregon, and their tagline is "The Whale", so they wanted to incorporate an Orca into their branding. I'm hoping they end up goin' with us, as I think this could be a lot of fun
